In Auckland now whats on for visuals?

Hi,

I'm in Auckland over from Sydney for two weeks for non-vj work. Wondering what good club nights or events coming up might have good vj's to go check out.

Saw one event Jigsaw at Blend that is advertising vj's that sounds interesting.

Any tips or if anyone wants to meet up for a drink etc that would be cool.

Apart from that, its kind of bleak. Lotech boys might have some hip hop stuff going down somewhere.

Apart from next Friday its just DJ DJ DJ everywhere.

NZ Music Expo on next weekend too so the Pioneer and Numark units will be on display. Sky City Convention centre.

I am out of town this weekend but look fwd to catchup during the week or def next weekend at Blend.

We'll be at the Music Expo next weekend, demoing the Kaos Pad & KrossFour for the p-punters. We're thankfully having a break of visuals this weekend and I'm not too sure who else is playing around town.

It would be good to catch up tho, talk future transtasman VJ meetups and so on. If you're free during the day we're located with Disrupt Gallery on 145 Karangahape Rd, just ask for lotech. If you're a drinker (and we know all you aussies are) then maybe a drink some evening next week with Apu.

I'm working at Flying Start Pictures in sale rd during the day. My day job is freelance flame operator working on commercials and films.

will try and make it to music expo but at the moment I'm flying back on sun 15th and they have me working sat 14th so we'll see....
