Lookin for VJ

Hey im taking some of my dance stuff live this summer, with a real drummer. its really leftifield but slammin! I really would like a VJ as part of the band, cant pay unless were paid for a gig. But theres no reason why can to high profile gigs like the bays etc etc. and earn a pretty penny.

Its gonna be London dates...maybe some essex warm ups

OK some pointers we get a lot of DJ's/artist wanting something for free, etc here.

I have no problem with you not being able to pay for you stuff as someone may well help you out if you consider the following.

What music do you play.....give us a sample, download, demo, gig so we can see what you are all about. A visual artist/Vj should know what music to relate to to give you the best match for the visuals. Also what if (and I am not saying you are) you are crap? Remember it is their free time too for your artistic project with less chance for reward.

Sorry if it sounds harsh but please understand from or point of view it is bit like a promoter coming on a DJ/musician forums and saying I have a club I might do something with please give me all you free time if it takes off you might get paid.

Also where are you based. I presume UK but your profile says otherwise.

Yeh ill get some stuff up soon, you can hear some of my stuff on www.toryumon.co.uk artist yila altough its nothing like the new "live" direction im taking. I didnt say i wanted anything for free, but there will be some free gigs to promote first out then can start getting some real bookings.
