New Forum

I have just added a new forum dedicated to meeting other VJs, hopefully it will contribute to making VJCentral a bridge between the virtual and the real.

Although this forum is similar in some aspects to the VJ Events forum, this problem will be solved once I add the new events section on VJC and I remove/close the VJ Events forum.

This forum will also (temporarily) solve the language problem since it may also be used for any non-english communication. That way people who only speak one language will be able to talk to each other.
