The RAD tools can do that very good.

Everything else con done with

VirtualDub (http://www.virtualdub.com/)

I tend to convert first to a lossles codec like

Huffyuv (http://math.berkeley.edu/~benrg/huffyuv.html)

so you can clean footage in virtualdub after recompression without havin more artefacts that I need to have.

Virtualdub doesn't handle Quicktime movies though, does it?

I remeber i could open some, but I don`t know what i changed. It also worked with AVI compatible codecs.

But RADTools really do a good job at all formats, so i don`t need to mess around with VDub.

tmpeg with the mov import plugin is the best way for quicktime to mpeg on the pc [do a google search for it]

Okay Guys, I need another tip. Now I am searching for a demo or a freeware Program for something like a Flash Tool, to creat new loops.
Something like Arkaos for Flash.

Please help me out
