WANTED: Amiga 500

Well, I'm still looking for a cheap (read: "free") Amiga500 in good working order, hopefully w/ the A520 video out adapter...I'm USA, so it needs to be NTSC (also the addon digitizer card I have is NTSC)...of course I'd pay postage...

i've got an amiga 600hd you can have if you want - built in tv out (definatly does pal - might be switchable to ntsc) - it even has a 20meg scsi hard drive and some software (delux paint 3 - ohh so loverly colour cycling)

if you don't want it let me know and i'll try to give it to someone else

hmmm...the digitizer card I have is specifically for the A500...but I'm a hopeless gear freak and am interested in the 600hd, even though I'm entirely unfamiliar w/ it...can you PM me where you're at so I might determine the shipping and see if its feasible?

so...update...(finally:) ) got an amiga500 from Killing Frenzy...thanks a much bunch, dude...

wish I would've plopped a tape in the vcr feeding the TVs @ PLUSH...some cool dance floor shots w/a live camera...would've been sooooo easy...but I guess if I locked my keys in the van, I couldn't be expected to think of something smart like that :)

think I'm going to set it up next weekend like that @ Phantom45/DannyThaWildchild/Casper...

Hey, if it makes you feel any better, you couldn't get a tape in that vcr if you tried, it's been fucked for ages. One of the many things that need to be replaced in there.

no, actually this is all done with the LIVE!500 frame digitizer card and the Invision software that came with it...seems relatively rare to find these...

I only came across this by luck...found this limited info at http://www.audiovisualizers.com/toolshak/vidsynth/a_live/a_live.htm ...decided to do a search on Ebay at that moment and happened to find an auction for the digitizer card that was ending relatively soon! After that, it took me several months to find someone willing to give me an Amiga500 (much many thanks, KillingFrenzy)....then (luckily) discovered that everything works and is pretty cool....
I understand they also made a LIVE! card for the Amiga1000...
