Badly need help for a giant project in south-west of Germany

Hi there,

so as I'm quite a newbie (doing vj-ing for a year right now), I've got an urgent request for the community. A close friend of mine just signed a contract for a couple of major house/techno events in south-west of germany. I might not talk to much about it cause this would be against the treaty. It'll start by februrary 2004 - every month a major event throughout the whole year. The artists will be international well known dj's (probably like Jeff Mills, Laurent Garnier - I can't tell to much).

So I was asked to organize the whole vj thing (every time at least 2 floors maybe 3). The budget won't be very small as you might imagine.

So I'm badly lookin for experienced help. I never set up something that huge before.

Can you help in any means ??

for jeff mills no problem a hole set is prepared for him with metropolis i made the vj show at caf?delagare in luxembourg for techno->logic but just around 900 pepeols normaly i can find you 5 luxembourgisch VJ'z but also we are booked since january every week so it is a question about payement transport and hotel and i need absolutely more informations about the dance floor the sise of it and equipement they have to build up every thing. or did they have all the projectors and cables installed?
