Editing and Reviewing to weed out Errors

I've looked through a few VJC FAQ sections recently and have spotted errors and/or ambiguous language in a few. I posted on correction using the "comments" facility bur was wondering whether there was a prefered way for correcting things.

comments are fine for now, if an editor has time s/he will make the corrections based on your comments. the new system i'm working on will allow anyone to edit anything (thanks to a log which will prevent vandalism), so corrections should be easier in the future.
