Let's just go all out and go for a VJ Bed and Breakfast... nice little organization of video artists letting everyone else stay at cool pads and check out gear... hell Red I call yours, Tom's, and Russel's place the Brighton Boarding House.
(let's make it a solid taking-the-piss and call it the Brighton Boarding House for Wayward Video Artists... you laugh now but someday I'll visit, PAL copy of OLIVER in hand and a sign tucked under my arm).
Just taking the piss,
James

but no seriously and this is for all the abroad people coming to Heathrow maybe a good Idea to meet up at the airport with a big sign (corny but effective) and then meetup and travel together to leeds on an hour that a lot are there (ie. the time of the last flight from the place with the most distance to HR?)
just a idea.

ok as u all know us aviteers are runnin around like blu arsed flies trying to put all of this together. but there's only so much each of us can do.
we need an extra hand to volounteer to coordinate the travel from london, both for a number of london guys and for the european's flying in to various london airports.
now obviously the best way to go about this is to hire a minibus, cos it'll be loads cheaper than individual rail/coach tickets.
Its quite a handful, but trust me it's a dodle compared to some of the jobs weve got .
anyone up for the challenge pm me
cheers on behalf of all the avit organisers:heart:

love to help. even have a suggestion on the matter : 2 travel plans from london/Harwich to leeds : car and train
and 2 times two meet on in leeds : 1 for fridaynight and another 1 for saturdaymorning ?
bigup to the avit crew indeed: they're the cats putting it up and organising is a B**** with 6 people but with the quantity which it is now it's damn near impossible: well nuthin is impossible :D
