Huh... its just a silly little incentive thing to get ppl to contribute and to show who the good contributors are. I was thinking maybe we could give some prize every certain period *shrug* but I guess I would since i have the most points @ the mo.... :p

I suggest mate that you put your head down and get cracking on writing some stuff for VJcnetral and score some point for yourself :)

I know what you mean unju, I don't want this point system to create a silly competition between "who contributed the most", this is not an healthy spirit. Still, I don't see how else I could thank the people who took the time to build VJCentral, if you have any idea about how I could do this differently, let me know.

but i just felt that there could be anouther way points just remind me of school, top of the clase and all that so i must have stared out the window to much :p

i think points should be ditched, the reward for posting is the shared sense of community and a growing sense of love:) :) :)

or maybe just scrap the leader board, its kinda fun, but perhaps eliteist.

also i think jokes should not be allowed.
