We need to get a new host for our website and I was wondering if there are any reccomendations. I think our site is currently around 20MB but we plan to completely redo soon as Flash site.

Check out http://www.long4net.com I use them for some of my smaller sites, they offer 100 megs of space, php, mysql, cgi, etc for only $20 USD per year. The best bargin you will find for sure.
