I'm working on my new site and first couple online demos. It's all still under development, but I'd love to get some feedback from all the masters here on content / quality / encoding / site verbage / whatever.
p.s. Definitely in on AVIT SF-04

I find it (and please bear with me here) difficult to believe that anyone chooses 8point times new roman, reversed out on a black background! From a purely practical point of view (and remember, not everyone has 20/20 vision) it was always feted as a total no-no in graphic design lectures! You've plenty of space on your pages, just have a look at maybe upping the point size to, say, 10 or even 12 and trying a sans-serif font - e.g. Helvetica, Futura or even safe old Arial. As for the demos, I'm still working my way through them, I'll get back on that!

If you must beat-sync, then just a repetetive beat is going to get boring - I haven't tried the "save target as" option, but just downloading the clips, the beat was out of sync. As a web page is the first impression that many will get of your work, I feel that you ought to try and address this, even if its just a message explaining that the web technology is responsible for it being out of sync! This is the key reason why I won't post my work on the web - I approve of your idea for the demo DVD - this is a much safer way of folks seeing how you work actually looks.

one thing i would recommend. your header logo doesn't sit well over your background. i know its an animated gif, i would make the animated gif with a transparent background so it sits better ontop.
change your link color as well, maybe using a style sheet to have control over those elements.
make your header logo a link to back home.
the video clips look awesome. you did a really superb job encoding them. they look juicy, good enough to eat. they are a little slow loading, and i have a fast connection.
one other thing. i would try to figure out a way to lay out the text better. it is readalble, yet doesn't feel like its been thought out. when you start to develop more content the text will begin to play a larger role in your layout.
site looks great.
