Can anyone suggest me a simple Flash creation tool ?
I need just basic text animation, preferably under $30

swish is a very useful very quick flash tool an is free for version 1.something from swish.com

but you also have 'mix-fx'

Thanks for the replies.
I like Swish quite a bit, I can see that it can get quite deep.
Where can you get version 1 ?
mixfx is very basic but does what is advertised very quickly.

any other ones I should be aware of ?

it's great if text is all you need.
