I've been instructed to create a system at the venue that i work at to capture a DJ gigging with 3 cameras and relay the video "live" to a seperate location in this case, another room, to be displayed onto a screen with a projector. What i'm wondering is what is the best setup to mix video between the three cameras and perhaps add some effects on top, and in the future even be able to hook up a laptop to then use programs like resolume. Would an Edirol v8 do this?
