anyone use arkaos with a mac or pc laptop?

just wondering if anyone out there is using Arkaos with a pc or mac laptop, and what sort of performance you are getting from it?

In conjunction with the early tests of SoftScan on a Dell Inspiron 8100 1.2 P3 512 MB RAM 32 MB video card. It performed decently for such a horrible app. Running unfettered of interference, it performs even better... but personally I wouldn't touch that app with a 10-foot pole...

It's working pretty well for me on a Powerbook G4 500Mhz

works here on an asus L8400K PIII 850 with TV-out on 640x480,
but i'd recommend catching the preview window with a zoomable scanconverter 4 high framerates.
