chat room progress

The chatroom has been much improved lately, we now have a bot managing the channel, it even has an AI engine so you can have bizarre conversations with it, a lot of people seem addicted to this already :)

also the site lists the members in the chat again, thanks eX for help with that !

A new feature i just implemented is the jukebox. I had this idea for people in the chat to share video clips and now you can by typing
!jukebox www.somesite.com/somemovie.mpg
all people connecting through the shockwave client should see the same video at the same time. You need quicktime for this feature to work, and it will work with .mov , mpeg 1 and .swf files.
.avi might work if the codec is also available for quicktime, but avi's don't stream so this is not recommended.

i love the jukebox! but it,s not gonna work of you are on a dialup so there should be an option to not load it ...

and the layout/dezign needs be improved and i allready agreed with that i would do a proposal for that ...

the web chat version won't display the input line properly - the font is totally fucked. mac OSX, shockwave 6 (i think)

also i cannot get fire, the OSX trillian equivalent, to log into the IRC channel:

server: daemon.visiscreen.com/vjchat
port: 6667

mm i even changed the font to verdana of the input line .. bloody shockwave should be xplatform woulndcha think..

...and yes, you would have thought. verdana shouldn't be the problem, every mac has that installed.
