I got a Roland MC-303 here, and I don`t get it to sending CC`s.
I want to contral my show with it, but it only sends note on/off.
Anybody knows how to use it as Midi controller?

the mc 303 is crap as a midi controller
none of the knobs send out midi data, sorry to say.

yes i am sure, i have tried myself, it just does not have the midi hardware to do it (actually i just read the midi implementation chart which you can find on the last page of the manual of any piece of midi gear). My gf has one too, so I wanted to try it as a controller ... the mc 505 supposedly has much better midi implementation.. again, sorry for the bad news

even the 505 has fairly shite midi - the yamaha rm1x is loads better - your probably better off with a midiman oxygen 8 if you just want some knobs to twiddle

Yes Oxygen8 is pretty cool I?m using it by myself, got besides that a midimixer from preavey called studiomixer. It?s a bundle with cakewalk. a review is comming very next on vjcentral. I just need to wait for my midisport
cheers
