I'll be frank. I just bought it for € 500,-
I think it really kicks ass as a live performance mixer. Image quality is excellent. Mixing is instantaneous. No menu's, everthing is hands-on. Lumakey (most essential feature in my style of vj-ing) is good and has it's own contol.

Problem is, I now have an MX-30 and the AVE7 and i'm selling either one or the other. Depends on the price I can get. :D

Are you buying?

i'd have to say maybe, may just wait a few months and get a second hand mx50 or a second V4, just a stop gap really as to hire an mx50 with monitors near me is about half the price of just buying your AVE7 so 2 nights hire of theirs and I could have bought yours... but just trying to decide if buying a stop gap mixer just means I have to wait longer for the mixer I want lol. always the way, too many things too think about.

I would go for you MX30 but just too much money for me this month...

the 30 and the 7 are identical mixers in tearms of there functionlity - i'd sell the 30 as there over valued - you could probably get enough to buy a V4 if you put it on ebay
