I'd like to start by saying I know this event is not strictly a VJ event but had to post it somewhere.
Basically I'd like to thank VJ Anyone for all his help on the build up to Technosis @ The Fridge, London at the end of June.
It's the first time (officially) we have delved into hiring a VJ for our events. As Oli knows, we had a few teething problems shall we say, as we were not sure of equipment in use, cabling, protocols, etc. Basically it's all new to us.
Oli and Sapo agreed to do the gig with a few special arrangements which we are all very grateful to them for.
We do have another event planned in August at The Fridge and we'll be in touch about that soon Oli.
Anyone and Sapo's visuals were top notch as I had come to expect from talking to various people hence the reason I made contact in the first instance.
I even got some on video to Little Miss Large's set early on in the night. And, hopefully I will get round to putting it on DVD in the next couple of weeks. So you will have a copy of the night.
Sorry I havn't called you yet Oli I have had so much on this week this is the first time I have sat down to do some emailing. But I'm hoping to give you a bell this weekend 05/07/03.
If you were wondering, the total count was about 780 - 800, not the best we've had but it was still a good night and the atmosphere was excellent.
Once again, thanks to VJ Anyone and Sapo for putting on an awsome set, about five hours wasn't it?
And I'll speak to you very soon.
