zoom to MM Conversion

[Architects of Tomorrow]

I currently have a sony ex3 with 16 times zoom.
I thought about purchasing an adaptormax - it allows you to place nikon lenses in place of the standard lens. My question - how do i figure out how many times zoom a 300MM lens is compared to a 16 times zoom lens?
