just found out about this super cool thing happening all over europe and Canada (USA? don't knwo....) and i just had to tell everyone here, its called Faites De La Lumiere (make light?) there's at least 6 languiages on their site,

its june 15th they will be flooding beamers all over these cities all aorund the world, not just video film too but it seems like such a totally cool event that i couldn't help but think about so many talented VJs blowing peoples minds with visuals on this strange and wondeful night

That looks wikked. Hmm, no mention of 2003 though. Should do something guerilla stylee. In fact, we should have international 'vj day' where we get to celebrate a geeky love of tech, imagery and booze!

That wouldbe the best party day.

Look again: now it says "Next rendez-vous June 14 and 15 2003" in a pop-up screen.

I am so blind! Suppose we have to organise things ourselves. Wonder how well known it is? Seem to have been some cool things last year.

It sounds cool, but it also seems very undefined. Some past participants included a group that showed films by the side of the road, as in "keep going past the truckstop into the middle of nowhere until you see us...".:rolleyes:
