hello folks!
i'm planning to do a central amercia tour in january for +/- 1 month. I am working with a dance company, making the live video. We are located in Spain, so our idea is- in order to make up the travelling costs- to give workshops/lectures and find some more gigs.
Is there anyone fom central america (the places on our tour are, at the moment: Mexico (D.F. and Merida), Guatemala, Costa Rica, Domician Republic, San Salvador, Santo Domingo, Honduras and, yes Miami!)?
It would be great to get suggestions on media art centres, universities and schools with a audiovisual department, any kind of istitution/ organisation or venue that have to do with live video and/or dance/performance.
Another idea could be to set up a collaborative project, i'll be staying longer in the area (around 2-3 months), with some of you guys who live in the region. for this we could try to get some fundings, i'm working very closely with a very talented producer.
