Was wondering if there was a simple clip player that would play all the clips in a director, and then start again.

Also looking for a until the will capture still images from a firewire camera, so they can easily be printed off.

uh, director or direction?

huo programmed a director tool, that plays audio & video

as a video slide show

I don't know of one but I can build one for you in about a half hour. Email me if you want it.

I'll use VB and DirectShow, though, which means don't consider this a useful visual app, as both are pretty slow.

ah, ok. keep 4getting that typos can be missing characters, too :)well the mentioned "random[vju:]" tool works on a directory basis
but 4 seamless per4mance all clips have to be stored in ram.

sorry, you know when you post a stupid question and then 10mins later you work out how to solve it.

For the job I am doing I just needed to select repeat in Windows media player, I realise it is shit, but it is free, and does the job, so sorry again for the stupid question.

you can do it with Meimi and change the looping style on the fly and you get heaps of FX too :)
