Arkaos MAC I think im being dumb!

Can anyone tell me y arkaos wont play my swf files that will play on the pc version is there some kinda conversion needed when i try to play them it plays them in quicktime but arkaos will just not let you access them???

You need a freeware program called FLASHTYPER to convert the resource to Mac swf. Find it at:

Do you use Arkaos in OSX or 9 ? I have some problems with some files on OSX, but i can play all files flawlesly on 9. I also get much better FPS since 9 eats much less RAM. I striped macos 9 of some extensions and now i use it only for Arkaos, Pixeltoy and Gforce. Otherwise i use OSX on same hdd.

I'm runing Arkaos from a Powerbook G3 400 using the latest version of OSX with no problem.

me too, everything is ok on a poerbook G4 500 os 10.2.5
