Lil' pictures under my name

How do i get little pictures under my name like what Morph and Exhale have? I've added a picture in the VJCentral options, but it doesn't show on the VJForums.

The "lil picture" is actually an avatar :) It's different from the VJC profile image. You can set it on this page, at the bottom:
