I've started looking into VJ'ing and want to upgrade my PC graphics card any suggetions???

depends a little on what you want to do..there is a big difference
if you want to work lots with 3d-stuff or "plain" clip triggering.

the market for graphics cards is moving VERY fast. Im no expert but good things have been said about the ati radeon 9700.

NOTE:

if your going to use tv out from your comp instead of a scanconverter be aware that at least the geforce4 cards give
a black border around the output. this is really crappy. there is
a fix for some of the chips but not from nvidea who totaly ignores the issue. I dont know what the score is with their new lin of cards.

I have a geforce4go in my lappie and im totally happy with performance...only drawback is the black border shite.
