I have been mixing with an MX1 (videoincs) & want to make the move to either a laptop or PC. Has anyone got any advise on Vjam pro? Can you choose how many screens you can have ie: 1,2 all the way to 16? and is there a function for transitions?
Any comments on kit you think works well would be cool

VJamm Pro allows you to play 16 avi clips at once - they can be positioned anywhere with in a display area that can be of any size - the display area can be streched across any number of graphics cards - there is realtime control of size, aspect ratio, lumakey (with fully adjustable 8 bit blended edges), opacity, speed, direction of each clip - you can apply an 8bit matte to each clip and rotate and scale it within a 3d space - you can set clips to playback perfectly in sync with one another
soon there will be freeframe support (freeframe was started by the VJamm dev team) giving you access to over 50 (and growing all the time) diffrent effects
