Well I'm almost done with implementing the new backend system of VJCentral (you can't see much of it, but it should enable me to release the code as open-source...) and I'm thinking about new features I could add. Here are some ideas:
VJ Events - with events listed on main page, comments. That would not include each and every gigs VJs do, but VJ-oriented events like vjs.net, videa, vectors, vj workshops, etc.
Gigs Pictures - with comments, ratings
Files Sharing - only small files due to bandwidth limitations (flash anims, visualjockey fxc, images, pd shemes, etc)
Gear Marketplace - something a bit like eBay, although I'm not sure how to implement this (now I think about it, I don't think I should have included it on the poll!)
DVD/video/VCD reviews - review of DVDs, I think it might be useful as more and more VJs are releasing DVDs. DVDs not specifically for VJs or DVDs which are not license-free could also be reviewed, since they can be a great source of inspiration IMO.
Journal - Something like LiveJournal (http://www.livejournal.com) or Blogger (http://www.blogger.com), with members able to post whatever they want and comment. Another great source of inspiration IMO, and a great way to know more about fellow VJs.
Please vote for your favourite and feel free to leave comment and maybe suggest other sections :)
