Lappy PAL output?

A question for you DELL lappy owners (and all other brands) that have the GeForce chipsets mostly, but curious about the others.

Can you set the TV-out (composite or Svid) to output as PAL?
Do you get the choice between NTSC and PAL?

Yes, at least with the geforce2go card, you can choose the output between NTSC and PAL.

yep you can with the ati cards too
