just read the really useful threads about equipment / personal insurance ;

but is there any point in insuring items that can not be locked down / secured, ie - cameras, small slide projectors, etc, because there will be no sign of forcible entry, ie broken kensington?

And murph, how are you going to explain that mom was speaking at a 10,000 people rave? i don't get it?

if you go to the - business section, link to Insurance for Equipment - and phone the companies listed (uk) you can chat to them about what requirements you has. i.e for non lock downable stuff.

i got a policy for All Risks, covers things in unattended cars and accidental damage etc.

good low premium as well.:)
