alright, I've been slacking lately, but have some stuff of interst to you folks, so thought I'd post it

First off, had VJ NixMix here a couple weeks ago, it was a total blast, and even though they were playing trance, I think Niky managed to give the room a little darker vibe, and it was cool.

Second, we've got Joe from Light Fantastik coming down next week. He's a converted lampy, so we have to give him some shit, but he's coming around to the ways of the VJ, and I'm excited to see him play a full set.

Third, the week after that, we've got part of the inside-us-all crew coming down from motherfucking reading, uk! (ok, so I think the plane ticket says colorado, but the dude lives in bloomin' England.) It's a hell of a month.

Oh yeah, shortly thereafter we'll be featured in James' new column in club international magazine. Buy your favorite club manager a copy, it'll be the best $5 you ever spent.

umm... what else... my girl's in London for a week, if you run into a cute american chick with curly red hair who doesn't take shit, buy her a drink!

And I can't wait to have you here. =] Though, keep in mind, plush is no magical wonderland for video, it's just a club (though a nice one) with me beating them over the head with VJs. Lemme know when you start getting your plans together, the sooner the better!

This weekend, for just a few hours, Plush went PAL. It was fun. =] Massive respect to Dave from inside-us-all, and thanks to Lev for coming down and jammin' and generally making a big mess out of our tech booth. We had more technical problems than you could shake a water-finding stick at, but we learned a thing or two, got to play around with the V-4 in PAL mode, and I got to hang out with these two uber-cool video geeks for a couple days. Yippee!

I went to the Plush last weekend and it was the first time I have actually seen a VJ perform. Dave from Inside-Us-All was great, as well as LEVLHED and Murph. Thanks guys for letting me hang out in the booth and ask questions. I really learned a lot in one night. Plush is great, anyone in the area should check it out.

I kinda wish the upstairs and downstairs dj's were switched but oh well.

haha, I hear ya, I feel that way most weeks... you shoulda been there for the first two in the mainroom, they were just aweful, all trance remixes of pop tunes. (including an absolutely blasphemous prodigy remix) JT swears one of his crew said they were really good. (they're the thursday night residents in the Ascot room) But it was pretty nice to have DnB in the mainroom, at least for a little bit.

I just wish my damn tooth hadn't hurt so much, or that my nose wasn't stuffed up beyond breathing ability. (stupid cold)

Next week should be awesome, more DnB in the mainroom with DJ Rap and local VJ Opus Eye on the V-4.

Thanks for stopping by dude, looking forward to seeing you performing in there some day. =]

Yup, it was well worth the trip!
Plush lucked out (again) because I still haven't dropped the damage on their unsuspecting little heds, next time I will unleash the REBELLE for sure. And my mess wasn't *that* bad! ;) Just wait till next time....
