I must take this oppurtunity to thankyou all for your help twas much appreciated in late jan!

My setup was :
A Pc Running Resolume
A Sony DV Camera Linked into Resolume
Then to a Video which in turn went to the projectors

The nite went well even if the camera made resolume crash! ne how now i wanna get more professional and mayb have a pc, laptop (just 4 creating visuals pos dos based prog) a camera, and a midi keyboard...i went to sundissential on saturday and they were using a oxyegn 8 looks ok! (does ne1 know anybody at doubledrop.com (part of screenstar)? id love 2 know how they do their amazing visuals) i also want to icorperate a mixer what is a good cheap 1 2 start?

nehelp would b great i know its a mucking fudle of a question and all my answers r prob in other threads but hey im lazy! (sorry i mean far 2 busy!!!)

Man, your englis is worst than mine and I'm from Venezuela.:p

I use Mac, I do not use PC's. and I would recomend Mac of course. I have no experience with PC's because I'm very satisfy with what I have.

Now, I would recomend you strongly to get a laptop, your work is gonna be so easy. I have 2 powerbooks and I'm allways need and extra one most of the time.

Take a look of my set up. It is the custom one, I do not carry so much stuff with me all the time, usually booth computers, the mixer and the camera at the most. Midi keyboard depending of the party.

i know my english is bad:rolleyes: that looks like a pricey set up m8 and what prog r u usig the midi keyboard wiv? i dont mind using the new pc im getting thou its a brand new tiny thing like the shuttles but 10x better im an IT technition so i get to use stuff as soon as its out il try 2 find a link! a couple of these babies and ur laughing!
