Can it be done?

ok just went out and purchased a Hercules 3d Prophet Radeon 8500 video card... And what am wanting to do is set my tv as a second desktop so i can output from resolume to it. Using the duel monitor function on resolume.... Been playing round with the graphics card for a couple of hours and still cant figure out if it can be done... :( I hope so cos this is the only reason i purchased this card.

Any help would be great

when you get the TVout on the second desktop working you might want to try the clone window in Tranzendent aswell, its a better function that Resolume's output as you get full screen on your second monitor AND still keep your preview on the main screen

I've got hydravision installed but the problem with it is that as soon as i try to expand my desktop to the monitor the card just stops outputting to the TV.

It can clone my desktop fine (assuming clone just means it outputs an exact copy of my monitor desktop to the tv). Is it possible to expand my desktop to the TV?

Cant really afford to buy a scan converter being a poor student and all. Hehe looks like it would prolly be a good investment tho :D Does anyone no of a shop in leeds that sells em?
