basically deviant is old skool and is derived from my original DJ name of, wait for it, deviant gopher. fuck knows why :lol: anyways I was soon alerted to the gayness of the gopher bit, I think I was thinking caddyshack at the time. anyways, I shorted it to deviant g, thinking it would be sort of cool cause it could be said as deviancy but with a g. Then I got booked for some gigs and they put it as deviant, which I preferred.

Back in april I think I decided to ponce myself up and began spelling my name without vowels as it could be easily read as deviant, but was shorter. dvnt

short story. I'm a ponce and have a shorter gig name now. Also a few breaks DJs from america have contacted thru myspace and they are called DJ deviant. So its time to move on...
