Forum for hosts?

Just curious: how many forum hosts would need a forum where they can discuss moderation, hosting and TOS issues? The forum would also be accessible by editors, although most of them already host a forum anyway.

It could be useful if there are occasion when one of us is not sure where a thread should be, or what to do with one.
I don't know whether it'd be much more work though, as we can always pm each other if needs be.
