What I would like to do is super impose the dancers on the dance floor onto my video stuff.
What is the easiest and most affordable why to add Luminance to my mobile setup?

have a look thru all the hardware reviews on vjcentral under mixers, all the major models are covered as well as a chart putting all their features together
the mxpro is a well liked mixer but the current buzz is about the edirol v4 which is just about to be released so if your buying new you might like to wait for that

yeah, the V4 looks pretty neato fer sure...but in addition, you might want to look into (out of production) Videonics MX1 also, it has the same luminance and chroma-key functions as MXPro, but is a much smaller unit and can be had off ebay at about the $400-500 range...be sure to read the reviews though to understand its shortcomings (which shouldn't even matter for your application though)

it will be difficult to luma key the dancers, UNLESS they are very well lit.
or you have one of those infrared/nightvision cameras(which will be a little tough too cause there is so much green)
