Scan converter w/ VGA pass though?

Anyone know of a decent scan converter that allows you to use both a VGA monitor and a converter off the same video card? Is this a common feature? Any specific suggestions would be helpfull. :help:

My TView Gold (http://www.focusinfo.com) has a pass through on the connector. The quality suffers a bit though...
