veejay werk.tage ? workshop in germany
veejay werk.tage is a one week seminar on vjing. during the first five days visual material will be produced and mixing techniques explored. there will be theoretical blocks, too, dealing on subjects such as history of projecting arts, law issues and professional concerns.
on saturday the participants will redesign a club venue using video projections. at night they will perform video projections for a party at that venue. the party will be one in an established series called recycle.
the course will be held at the werk.statt in Osnabrueck, germany. http://werk.statt.de
the lecturers are members of the vj-team lichtsport. http://www.lichtsport.de
they will invite guests to give short lectures within the seminar.
the participation fee is 150,- euro. accomodation and food is included. travel expenses must be taken care of by the participants.
