does anybody rely heavy on exp. typography in his set?
the carson / brody / Fuse (old) school maybe?
something nu maybe?

i'd love to use typography more in my video work. i find my most effective work is done in print, but i can't seem to integrate it well with motion.. i will keep trying.

funny you mention david carson, he was supposed to do a one month class teaching a dozen of us florida students in london, but unfortunately he flaked.

Yeah have to admit I too would love to use more typography in my VJ work, but aaahhh to find the time to develope it :(

used to a few years ago when the raygun style trashy type (think opening credits to 'seven') was in style. white text on black background, jumping around a little with varying gaussian blur. still an effect i like today but perhaps a little dated nowadays.

With typography? Havent taken much of an interest in print media for a while but that isometric stylee is big now isnt it? Like this

used a lot in flash animation so would transfer well to club visuals i reckon.
