On the first page of vjc, in the 10 latest discussions part
Give the name of the latest poster, not the starter, and giveing the time/date of the last response.
Also views is a bit useless.

I think those are good ideas and I have said it b4 I think the name of the forum its in is relevent too (just hard to fit in space wise). Won't be able to do anything for a while as X is on holiday.

In that case, when clicking on the link go to the first unread, not the top of the thread

Going to the last unread rquires a login to VJF from the VJC homepage it of course can be done but it is a little more difficult and will require more time recode.

url detection in the chat thing has a bit of a problem with urls with a '-'(minus) in it.
