With all the copyright stuff on the boards....

Can you use livefeed if there was nothing on the flyer, or there were no flyers or something like that ?

Maybe something similair to strobe lighting warnings ?

you can't use live feed without a photorelease from everyone in the place. This is most often not legally enforceable without a focal point, i.e. the DJ because you're not recording. That being there isn't any evidence... however if you want to record or sample you need either a blanket waiver or a photorelease. If you want to get the DJ on the screen, I suggest getting a verbal photorelease from them... it's also a great way for you to meet them and for them to get an idea of who you are.

Just wondering if you can do this another way - if you put up a sign at the door saying 'syzygy visuals are filming here tonight. If you do not want your image to be stored or used then please contact us at info@syzygy -visuals.co.uk'

Would this act as a photorelease for everyone? or do you need positive consent?

yep u just put 000 in the money column, then your still covered by all the provisio's in it, also you should never play completely for free, by all means give your time and talent to deserving causes but make sure you at least get your insurance/petrol covered. its the standard among other types of performers that when they do charidee events they get expenses covered, we should be no different.
theres paying for free, and then theres paying to play, keep an eye on which it is youre doing
