Mac A Must?

Total noob here, but is a Mac a must? I understand that mac's project gfx alot better than IBM compatibles, but wouldn't the variety of software for IBM compats. outweigh the gfx? Just a silly question:confused:

no macs arent a must at all, its all a bit swings and roundabouts really, theres not much in it these days in performance, and pc's are easier to upgrade, you can build em yourself and theres a helluva lot more vj softs for PC then there are for the mac

p.s. if god is a DJ then the vj must be the holy ghost :)

Hey Firecrak, that link you gave doesn't seem to work. It was just a Windows Media clip of Basement Jaxx's Do Your Thing (no video either, just audio). Not that I don't like that song :D
