Video Mixer Wanted

Want V. cheap video mixer for around ?200. Must have TBC or genlocked video source that can be dissolved together. Something similar to the Rollmaster CMX-07 or Datavideo SE-200 with TBC attached.

You never know - I've gotten some great esoteric video stuff extremely cheap on ebay when I was the only bidder.
