video Caputure cards

Can anyone recommend a decent card to caputure video onto my sony vaio laptop?

Does it have firewire?

If so, the the Dazzle DV bridge is quite good, it converts analog to digital and vice versa.

I had problems with the bundled software, but it works okay with premiere.

I think it costs about ?200 from Pissy World.

Otherwise if you're feeling flush you can check out the cardbus to pci expansion from magma (http://www.magma.com/) and add any card you like :) . <- good idea, f*cking stupid price....
