good to see more DVD's being release...

had a look at some clips on the eclectic site, just wondering how much trouble did you guys have getting legal permision for all the music and videos?

STAY ON TOPIC!

that wan't a threadjack, it was a sarcastic quip... a jest, a pleasantry.

if i wanted to jack a thread i'd post a picture of something off topic. like a killdozer album cover:

yup, "they're not vjs" for sure, the music is far stronger than the visuals, and it definately leans to the jive-bunny end of things. i enjoyed it, and its great they've actually got to release their stuff.

ps. i actually saw it in b/w for reasons that were beyond us or the tv at the time. maybe its better that way, i remember some fairly garish colours/clashes from eclectic before!

Also just finished a offical and legal video music megamix for XL Recordings featuring Dizze Rascal, The White Stripes, Basement Jaxx and the Prodigy amongst others

brk - have had some good feedback from a non-vj friend or two who saw resfesteclectic method vs dj yoda show, saying good things about eclectic, including that your sound/eq was dialed in perfect and yoda's was distorting everything, which is amusing for one's without DJ in their name =]

Actually that would be sardonic, not sarcastic.

given the nature of the discussion in, another thread (can't remember which), which inspired the comments here, i'd say they were sarcastic...
though not intended to mock eclectic method
