I am looking for some nice christmas content for a show I am doing on the 14th of December. I envisioning a running theme of Snow falling throughout the night. Any ideas?

its a bit cheesy, but "the snowman" keys like a bastard...
i did a corporate cristmas party where the guy told me he didnt want any "vj shit" just wanted me to mix with xmas movies all night... really puts u on the spot to have to rely solely on mixer tricks. the ones that worked the best unsurprisingly were the cartoons, snowman and the "grinch stole xmas".

Someone needs to develop the "Yellow Snow" plugin.
Type in text and each letter would appear from a mist of steam embossed in a snowy backdrop.
On a more useful tangent:

Try a search for "Snow crystals" instead of snowflakes
Toy collecting websites are a good source of material.
I have a bunch of "Push Puppet" pictures organized by theme that are good for seasons.
Often, there will be 10-20 pictures on a theme which you can use as a slideshow in a vis program.
The german "mountain films" that Leni Riefenstahl was in are really fun to use. Lots of ridiculous, light-hearted ski chases.

if you want to go for some non kitsch go and get the french movie "deadly games" (original title -> code pere noel) this movies is kind of psycho thriller, but has great shots of this anti-kitsch stuff.
