Sony VPL-X600E

Anyone used one? Only 600 lumens by the looks of things, quite a bulky unit considering....interested in using it as a second projector but dont know if its powerful enough.

depends on the price... for $200 it might be worth it, but might not be useable in a lot of places, depends what kinds of place you usually gig... ?

Its good at 5 metres and has a fairly big image at that throw. I have used it for main backdrops competing with 16mm projectors and it does not hack it. Used as a second its a must for chill outs when ambient overspill is an issue. I tend to use mine now for "home entertainment"
