First off, it's hard to saywhere to post this sort of thing, if this is the incorrect forum please move it, but none of the forums seem apropriate for posting this stuff...

One of the best selling and most popular argentinian newspapers, La Nacion, has done a feature on the local VJing scene, focusing in the work of Martin Inda, Vuvvlegum, Kiken.Corporation, Hypnotika and Sebastian Ianizzotto among others.

It's a pretty nice article and for now it'only available in spanish but I will soon translate it to english and post it here.

Check it out if you want to know about the state of affairs this neck of the woods:

read the news this morning and was happy to see the local media turning its eyes on the growing local vj scene

this definately seems to be the year of screens and projectors here in buenos aires

vj lineups announced on advertising for big electronic music events, media excited about vjing, buenos aires city tv channel showing vj sets on tv, people beginning to notice the art of vjs, very interesting moment to witness...

today a guy who owns a new club asked me to go and see if the visuals at his club are right, quality enough. couldn't believe what i was hearing

i would just like to see all this happening in other cities within the country... andresc4 maybe you can give us an insight of what is going on in rosario city???

though it is always very difficult over here it would be great to re-float the avit events akira orgniesd last year, they proved to be a very positive venue for the local scene...

interesting that the last bit of the online article says that most of the local argentine vjf members got to know each other in person through this forums...

It's a load of bollocks since most of those registered users are nothing but fakes, lurkers or god knows who. There are not that number of VJs in here, not at all..
