MX50 'master/slave' control of 2 units?

Gidday. Is it possible to use the RS232/422 control on the MX50 to enslave one MX50 to another? ie, anything done on the master unit is duplicated on the slave? I'm looking at ways to do a 2-screen wide show, and I'd like to be able to mix the visuals live with a vision mixer.

Failing that - does anyone know of a 4x2 data mixer that will mix both outputs at the same time, or a 4x1 unit that can be enslaved to another? The souces are data, so it would be nice to not have to drop down to a video signal.
