Panasonic WJ Ave3 -> 370 euro

Don't know about the other mixers, but we use the WJ-ave5 and it's a solid piece of kit. I'd reccomend it!:)

the ave3 is no vmixer, its a videoeffector

the ave5 got not chromakey, but is a reliable unit, a bit overpriced here, i sold a blaupunkt dvm2000 (same unit) for 346 Euro last week

can't tell bout the mx10 but its fairly old, hey like most of the pansonix ;)

hi!
all of these examples are a bit overpriced, i think. maybe i`m wrong.
500 ? for an ave5?
there`s an auction on http://www.onetwosold.at/default1.asp?C=OfferDetail&IDOffer=5310207 highest bid at the moment 160?.
It`s an Austrian site but i think the seller will ship worldwide.

I'm happy to announce that we are now authorized dealers for sima - they have a new mixer out at the end of the month - so new in fact that no pix/review is online...it is just coming off the assembly line, and will be ready to ship in approx 2 weeks.
http://www.simacorp.com/new.html but is not there, or anywhere except my raw files. Pricing will be approx $500 euro your cost, or maybe a teensy bit more, if I actually want to make any money selling it (MSRP is $800 USD)... for spex, see: http://www.simacorp.com/sfxm.html which it is based on. although it adds many new features. very rugged & lightweight, solid dual tbcs, nice unit, good product.

Panasonics are good too...many choices for you in fact. If you get a roland, you can get custom firmware from japan for upgraded VJ fx - ... anyway.

just my 2 cents :)

hey, can you get a choice btwn PAL/NTSC on the Sima's?

and whats this about special VJ Firmware for the Roland? You should put that in its own little thread if you got more info on that!

ya, you can choose pal or ntsc with the sima's. I will start a different thread for the roland firmware upgrade once I lock down the linx/info again - misplaced it, my hd is getting a little messy ;)
