Well for the price of two ipods, you could just hook up a controller/mixer to a single laptop and have a large, readable interface, the ability to scratch and twice the space in harddrive useability because you wouldn't have to have two copies of all your music.

yeah , but 2 ipods makes sence in the "waste more money for less "world ... the world of mac hardware.

i bet that mixes the analog audio out , only thing this controler does is pitch bend the mp3 files inside the ipod ..

I agree that a lappy is prolly a better choice BUT: IPODS don't crash and you get used ones for around 100 euro...

i didnt mean to flame , sorry for that , but the design of that mixer is so bad,, just made me feel like it ..

all my flaming goes to the designers of that mixer ... and not to mac users ...

what we really could beniefit from is berringer releasing the SDK's on this software mixer so some VJ soft could write an app to do both DJ/VJ mixing:)
